We offer worldwide shipping on all qualifying orders. Items are carefully packaged and dispatched promptly. 

• Order Cancellation

You can always cancel your orders before the delivery. Please understand once your order has shipped out, the cancellation could not be processed. Please follow the return policy after receiving your package right away.

• Return

We understand accident happens. If your items are damaged in transit or due to an error in postal delivery, contact our support team with proof, including images or videos, for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please notice all pieces should be unused and be packed properly with its original package. Returns cannot be accepted if the item is damaged after delivery or used beyond reasonable inspection.

• Refund

Refund will be processed once we received the return package. All pieces should be packed properly with its original package—including boxes, styrofoam, plastic sleeves...etc. If the pieces have been damaged, lost, or altered due to reasons other than necessary inspection or attributable to the consumer, the return will not be accepted.
