About Norman
Born and raised in Southern Taiwan, Norman Normal has long used painting to document life’s observations. In recent years, Norman has brought this creative vision to clay, crafting objects meant to be touched and used.
Since 2015, he has developed a signature visual language of lines, with works exhibited across Taipei, Shanghai, Tokyo, Osaka, and Chiang Mai.
Driven by a persistent curiosity, Norman’s works focus on the subtle, often unspeakable nuances of human interaction. For Norman, creation is not a response to the world but a way of coexisting with it.
